Standard Service – Geared Bike (with flat handlebars)
Frame and Fork
Minor clean and inspection for damage. Clean and lubricate seat post and quill stem
assemblies.
Note - More thorough cleaning will attract additional charges.
Wheels
Clean and inspect for wear and tear. Bearing adjustment, minor spoke tensioning
and tyre pressure included.
Note - Hub assembly overhaul and spoke replacement will attract additional
charges.
Crankset, Bottom Bracket and Headset
Torque check crankset and chain ring bolts, minor bottom bracket and headset
adjustments.
Note - Bottom bracket and headset overhauls will attract additional charges
Gears and Drivetrain
Derailleurs and hangers aligned, lubricated and adjusted
Cables inspected and lubricated
Note – installation of replacement parts, chain and cassette degreasing will attract
additional charges
Cable Brakes
Check function and wear and tear, lubricate pivot points and cables, align, adjust
and clean brake surfaces.
Note – installation of replacement parts will attract additional charges
Hydraulic Brakes (+$20)
Check function and wear and tear, lubricate caliper pistons, minor bleed, align, adjust
and clean brake surfaces.
Note – installation of replacement parts and oil change will attract additional charges
Other
General check of accessories to make sure they are attached safely and securely
Test ride
Note - service charge excludes parts and associate charges for installing parts
