Replacement part for Shimano internally geared hubs.
If you are setting up a new system, the non turn washers will help with the shift cable approach to the hub, they work as a pair, e.g. 5L + 5R
Standard dropouts refers to the older forward facing dropouts where the wheel enters the frame from below and back - try 5L + 5R or 7L + 7R
Reversed dropouts refers to horizontal dropouts where the wheel enters the frame from the rear and forward - try 6L + 6R or if you have a full chain guard fitted maybe 5L + 5R
Vertical dropouts refers to the more modern dropout where the wheel enters the frame from below and up - use 8L + 8R
Nexus 3 Speed Hubs - use only the 5R Yellow on the left hand side for all dropout types.
